1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GifQuill at aigifgenerator.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Content & Likeness Policy.

2. Ownership of Your Exports

You retain all rights you hold in the source photos, illustrations, sprite sheets, GIFs, and video clips you process with GifQuill. GifQuill claims no ownership over animations exported through our tools and adds zero watermarks to browser exports.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GifQuill to process unlawful material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations of real individuals, malware, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Service Availability & Disclaimer
