1. Free Browser Tools

All browser-based GIF editing, compression, sprite slicing, and transparent sticker tools on GifQuill are completely free of charge and never collect payment details.

2. Upcoming Pay-As-You-Go Cloud Credit Packs

Once cloud AI generation credit packs open for purchase:

  • Automatic Failed-Job Credit Restoration: If a cloud generation job fails due to an upstream model error or network timeout, 100% of reserved credits are automatically returned to your account balance.
  • Unused Credit Pack Refunds: If you purchase a one-time credit pack and have used zero credits from that pack within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full upon verification.

3. How to Request a Refund
